One of the main reasons why I began designing bars was because behind every bar I have ever worked, my back always hurts.
Tools were every where and nothing had a logical mapping where it should be. So together with a physiotherapist and the creme de la creme of the Dutch bartenders scene. We began to design a bar that would benefit the bartenders body. We studied how a bartender was moving behide a bar during a busy shift. We changed a lot of things to ensure an ergonomical workstations with no more back problems or muscle fatique during and after your shift.
