As an automotive engineer, I spent the early years of my career in the auto racing industry. However, my passion for hospitality led me to make the shift to bartending. After a 15-year career as a bartender, I founded Collins Barsystems and the ISAAC Academy in 2009.
Here, my technical expertise and bartending experience naturally came together. It’s no surprise that our focus is on both the performance and well-being of bartenders.
For every bar system we craft, every detail adds value. In every part of our production and development process, optimal performance is key. This means bartenders can work more efficiently, allowing them to make more drinks per hour.
For us, optimal performance goes beyond speed and efficiency. High performance is represented in everything we deliver.
We work closely with the best bartenders in the world to continually improve and perfect our systems. As a result, we create innovative bar systems designed by bartenders, for bartenders.
