Our story

Fjalar Goud, founder of Collins Bar Systems and the ISAAC Academy, began his career as an automotive engineer at Porsche. After 15 years of experience as a bartender, he brought his technical knowledge and hospitality expertise together to develop innovative, high-performance bar systems.
