Both the Speedster and the Mach One can be configured in various ways.
Both systems can be used as a ‘tabletop’ or in an ‘upper-bar’ configuration.
Below, you can see the different options for
This section is located in the ice chest. There are two options: either 4 x 1/9 gastronorm containers (included as standard) or the installation of the tabletop spiller. This option is convenient when the bar is used as a tabletop setup or when no spiller rack is being utilized. See the image above.
In the left corner of the Speedster, you can choose from various options. It accommodates 3 x 1/9 containers, 2 x 1/6 containers, or 1 x 1/3 gastronorm containers, or you can opt for the table tray. This is an additional option for storing your shakers or jiggers during your shift. If you’re using the ‘tabletop’ setup, it’s advisable to consider this option. See the image above.
This is an additional option if you prefer to scoop ice from the side. By scooping ice sideways, you reduce strain on your arm and shoulder. This divider can be placed on either the left or right side of the ice bin. See the image above
The spiller is adjustable in height from 17 cm to 25 cm. Additionally, it can be moved forward and backward. On the right side of the spiller, there is a drain that channels into the waste sieve of the cocktail station itself, making it easy to clean. The spiller promotes an ergonomic posture during your shift, helping to balance your entire body and reducing strain on your back. If you want to have the rack laser-cut with your own logo… that’s possible! See the image above.
