30–50% more cocktails in just 1 metre!
The Mach One is designed for bars where every centimetre counts — without compromising on speed, workflow and output.
Perfect for cocktail bars, bars, grand cafés and clubs where cocktails and mixed drinks are a clear focus and speed directly affects revenue.
What does this mighty metre deliver?
- More cocktails per hour in limited space
- Faster service at peak times
- More revenue and higher profit
- Average payback period: ±2 months
Built for compact high-performance bars
The Mach One combines maximum functionality with a compact design.
All the essential components of a professional cocktail station are integrated into one efficient workstation — with no wasted space.
Everything within one metre
The bartender works entirely within the “Bartender’s Circle” (±1 metre).
Few to no steps, less movement and therefore no lost time.
Everything you need is right within reach, so you work faster with less movement.
That means more cocktails per hour, which translates into more revenue and more profit!
A central ice chest = the heart of your workflow
The ice chest sits in the centre of the station and you can configure it:
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- Bottles and mixers
- Ice capacity for roughly 40–60 drinks
Always direct access to your most important ingredients, without interrupting your flow.
Direct access to 12+ bottles
The integrated speedrail runs the full length of the station and gives direct access to all your drinks.
No searching. No turning. No delay.
The result: more cocktails per hour, every shift.
Working smart, working clean
The left-hand side has room for tools and features an integrated quick-waste cutting board.
Cutting waste is caught and cleared away straight away.
An organised workstation means more speed and fewer mistakes during service.
Lightning-fast rinsing during service
The iconic CNC waterjet sits on the right-hand side.
It cleans shakers under high pressure and across a 360° range within seconds.
No waiting, no interruption — maximum flow during peak hours.
Efficient work zones for maximum control
The Mach One is built up from logically arranged work zones:
- Tools immediately available
- Waste cleared away straight away
- Rinsing integrated into the workflow
Every part of the Mach One is easy to clean and can go through the dishwasher within two wash cycles.
Less closing time, lower staff costs, and ready for the next service sooner.

Frequently asked questions
Does The Mach One really fit in one metre?
Yes. The bartender works within a Bartender’s Circle of ±1 metre. Ice, bottles, tools, waste and rinsing are all within that range, without having to step or turn.
What do I give up compared to The Speedster?
Mainly speedrail capacity: the Mach One gives direct access to 12+ bottles, the Speedster to 20+. The core is the same — central ice chest, CNC waterjet, quick-waste cutting board and logically arranged work zones.
In short: the Speedster for high-volume cocktail bars, the Mach One where every centimetre counts.
How much ice does it hold?
The central ice chest has a capacity of roughly 40 to 60 drinks, and you can configure it yourself for ice cubes, crushed ice, bottles and mixers.
What kind of venues is The Mach One meant for?
For cocktail bars, bars, grand cafés and clubs where cocktails and mixed drinks are a clear focus and speed directly affects your revenue — but where space behind the bar is limited.
How much faster do I work with it?
30 to 50% more cocktails per hour, in just one metre. That comes from no longer needing to take steps: everything is within reach, the speedrail runs the full length, and you rinse shakers clean in seconds on the CNC waterjet.
When will I have earned back the investment?
The average payback period is about two months. Run it against your own numbers in the calculator on the homepage.
How quickly can I have one delivered?
We usually have our standard versions in stock and can deliver them quickly. If a product is not in stock, the delivery time is normally four to five weeks.
For custom work it depends on the complexity and the specifications. In most cases, allow around eight weeks.
Who installs the system?
Collins builds the bar but does not install it. A third party does that: your contractor, installer or kitchen supplier. We supply an installation manual with step-by-step instructions and all the technical data needed for it.
Do make sure the services are in the right place — in particular the water supply and drain connection for the integrated waterjet. Then your installer can connect the system in one go and hand it over ready for use.
What warranty is there, and can parts be ordered separately?
All parts and the stainless steel carry a two-year warranty under normal use.
We do not work with a fixed service partner. If something goes wrong within that period, you contact us directly — we assess the problem together and look for a suitable solution.
Parts are available separately. So in the event of wear or a defect you do not have to replace a complete component or an entire bar.
